Be it resolved that Chair contact that Township Mayor and CAO to discuss the needs of the community as a result of the extended declared emergency; and That the Chair and the Librarian/CEO consult with the Health Unit to develop a plan for reopening the library for limited use in each of the Ontario Covid-19 Response (colour) framework; and That a recommendation be presented to the Board at the April 15, 2021 meeting.
