Be it resolved that the Committee confirm the agenda as presented.

Be it resolved that the Committee approve the minutes from the May 28, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting as presented.

Be it resolved that Staff Reports PL2025-034 and PL2025-056 Momentum Grain Farm Inc. (Emily Helmuth), 085670 Southgate Road 08 be received for information; and That Committee consider approval of consent file B1-25 subject to the following conditions; That rezoning be in full force and effect preventing residential use of the retained lot and the applicant’s abutting lot to the east and to address any zoning deficiencies for the resulting lots; That a reference plan of survey be provided to the satisfaction of the Secretary-Treasurer; and That standard conditions apply as recommended by agencies including all requirements of the Township, financial or otherwise, to the satisfaction of the Secretary-Treasurer prior to issuance of a certificate of consent including payment of any outstanding taxes, fees and other charges, if any. That an entrance permit, to the satisfaction of the Township Public Works department, for both the subject parcel and adjacent farm parcel for a shared access be obtained if required, which may include, but not be limited to requiring an access easement.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2025-055 regarding Minor Variance File A7-25 for 132809 Southgate Sideroad 13 be received for information; and That Committee consider approval for Minor Variance A7-25 to reduce the side yard from the western lot line along Southgate Sideroad 13 to 14.5 metres where current zoning permits minimum side yard of 20 metres from an improved public street; and That remaining provisions of the Agricultural-1 Zone and other applicable sections of the Zoning by-law are met.
