Be it resolved that Council declare Dundalk Hardwood Inc. c/o Aaron Bauman as the successful purchaser of the Township owned lands being 225579 Southgate Road 22 at the submitted purchase price of $1,525,000.000 (one million five hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars); and That Council direct staff to proceed with all necessary administrative actions to finalize the sale of the lands.
