Be it resolved that the Library Board receive letters of resignation from Marisol Da Silva and Connie Hiscockand That the Board thank them both for their many contributions to the Library; and That the Library Board declare two seats vacant as per Section 12 of the Public Libraries Act; and That the Board direct the Librarian/CEO to notify the Southgate Clerk so that recruitment to fill the vacancies may begin as soon as possible
