Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2026-051 regarding Minor Variance File A8-26 for 392158 Grey Road 109 be received for information; and That Committee approve Minor Variance A8-26 to permit a reduced front yard setback of ±8.7 metres where 20 metres is required; That all other applicable provisions of the Zoning By-law be met; and That a Building Permit be obtained for the proposed porch to the satisfaction of the Township Chief Building Official.
