Be it resolved that the Committee confirm the agenda as amended to defer file B9-25 to the May 27, 2026, Committee of Adjustment Meeting.

Be it resolved that the Committee approve the minutes from the March 25, 2026, Committee of Adjustment meeting as presented.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2026-023 regarding Minor Variance File A1-26 for 045663 Southgate Road 04 be received for information; and That Committee approve Minor Variance A1-26 to permit ±223 square metres indoor storage area and 125 square metres outdoor storage area subject to the following: 1. The indoor storage building is never used as workshop or other OFDU floor space; and 2. The site plan agreement for the OFDU and associated indoor and outdoor storage contain provisions prohibiting indoor storage space being converted to any other OFDU use; and That the entrance be upgraded to commercial to the satisfaction of the Township Public Works Department.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2026-024 regarding Minor Variance File A2-26 for 391567 Grey Road 109 be received for information; and That Committee approve Minor Variance A2-26 to permit the existing ±143 square metre home industry and a proposed increase in gross floor area to ±293 square metres where the definition of Home Industry in Subsection (e) permits 100 square metres maximum gross floor area in an accessory building; and That required parking be reduced from one space per 18.5 square metres to one space per 30 square metres floor area of a home industry required under the definition in Subsection (f); and That the driveway entrance be upgraded to the satisfaction of Grey County Staff; and That all remaining provisions in the definition of home industry are met that site plan approval apply to the proposed ±293 square metre home industry, and the required building permit is obtained to the satisfaction of the Township Chief Building Official.
