Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2025-060 regarding Minor Variance File A6-25 for 126152 Southgate Road 12 be received for information; and That Committee approve the Minor Variance A6-25 to reduce the required front yard setback from Southgate Road 12 to ±11.5m for the existing single detached dwelling, ±12.5 metres for the existing sea container, ±9.5 metres for shed #1, and ±4.5 metres for shed #2; and That the required gross floor area required for the existing single detached dwelling on-site be reduced to ±65 square metres; and That a building permit is obtained for the single detached dwelling and any applicable accessory structures to ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code.
