Be it resolved that Board accept the resignation of Member Lewars and thank her for her time and contributions to the Library; and That the Board declare the seat vacant and direct the Librarian CEO to inform the Clerk to begin the process of recruitment.

Be it resolved that the Board approve the 2025 agreement with the Wellington County Public Library Board and authorizes the Chair and the Librarian CEO to sign the agreement and forward it to the Wellington County Public Library Board; and That the Board approve the payment of $58,080 to the Wellington County Public Library for library services as outlined in the agreement; and That the Board acknowledge the $2,400 shortfall in the budgeted amount for the 2025 agreement and approve its absorption into the library’s operational budget.
