Be it resolved that the Board approve the agreement with the Wellington County Public Library Board and authorizes the Chair and the Librarian CEO to sign the agreement and forward it to the Wellington County Public Library Board; and That Board approve the payment of $41,760 to the Wellington County Public Library for library services as outlined in the agreement.
