Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2025-033 regarding Minor Variance File A4-25 for 311303 Highway 6 be received for information; and That Committee consider approval for Minor Variance A4- 25 to interpret definitions of Farm Supply Outlet, Agricultural Bulk Sales, and Farm Equipment Supply under Section 45(1)(b) of the Planning Act to include the proposed use of land as uses in the current Rural Commercial (C4) Zone are defined in general terms; That the proposed use of land includes retail sales of agricultural building supplies and the manufacturing of roofing products for agricultural buildings as an accessory use only, and that remaining provisions of the Rural Commercial (C4) Zone and other applicable sections of the Zoning By-law are met; That conditions of any permit obtained from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario are met; and That Site Plan Approval apply to the variance.
