Be it resolved that Staff Report PL2026-009 regarding Minor Variance File A14-25 for 115 Christie Street be received for information; and That Committee approve Minor Variance A14-25 to permit a future two storey Additional Residential Unit with a gross floor area of ±325 square metres where Section 5.24.1(v) of the Township’s Zoning By-law only allow one storey Additional Residential Units with a gross floor area less than the primary dwelling; and That Committee approve the proposed minor variance subject to the applicant meeting conditions related to Section 2.10 of the Zoning By-law for the primary dwelling to the satisfaction of the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority to delineate the boundary of the Environmental Protection (EP) Zone and Hazard Land based on their assessment, and obtain any necessary approvals from the SVCA.
